I cannot sing the praises of the staff at this clinic enough. My 10 yr old son was due to have a filling today and was extremely nervous and anxious about it. The staff were kind and understanding and did their best to make him feel at ease. On top of this, I had dropped my phone down the drain outside the clinic. The staff were so helpful and understanding and even phoned the council to try and assist me. Also, the dad of another patient managed to retrieve the phone even though it was pouring with rain and he got absolutely filthy in the process. What was a stressful morning resulted in meeting some really truly lovely and kind people.

This place is awesome. My 3yr old was referred for fillings and immediately upon entering the place the nurse made her feel special- @ Sharon Graham who gave cream for her hand as she fell over before going in. Hiral was extremely kind and the receptionists lovely! My daughter loved it there. Wish this was our local dentist x

I was referred to Chartwell by my NHS dentist due to severe anxiety and a potentially complex extraction of two wisdom teeth and one molar. I had the work done today under I sedation and I'm so pleased I went ahead. I was incredibly nervous leading up to the appointment, but I needn't have got so worked up. It was a breeze! Everyone at the clinic was amazing. The receptionists were very warm and welcoming, the dental surgeon explned the procedure clearly and immediately put me at ease. The sedation specialist was incredibly kind and gentle. This has been, without doubt, the best dental experience I've ever had. Thank you to the team for their excellent work!

I am a new patient and was greeted by a lovely receptionist. There was a fantastic atmosphere, excellent treatment and care throughout my appointment. I would thoroughly recommend Chartwell and I thank them for the service they provide.

If you were referred here, you don’t have much choice but just know that your appointment time is a lie. They ask you to come exactly half an hour before the actual time. So if your appointment is at 10:00, you will be called in at 10:30, without fail. Reception is claustrophobic and uninviting. Inside the practice rooms are very dated and run down; they do not instil faith in the quality of treatment to come. Most staff seem… uninspired, shall we say. You’re just a referral number. As I said, you’re probably here not by choice - private or NHS. Grin and bear it.

Upon entering Chartwell dental clinic, I was warmly welcomed by a delightful receptionist, and when I was called though, I was greeted by 3 lovely ladies. They showered me with compliments, filled the room with laughter and made my experience extremely calming.While I hope I won’t need sedation in the future, if I ever did, there’s no doubt I would go anywhere else. Thank you all.

I was referred to Chartwell for an extraction by my NHS dentist, who thought it might be a difficult and complicated procedure. The staff we really kind; firstly when I was help up in traffic and arrived a bit late they had me sit down and relax while I filled out the forms, and then during the extraction, when they explained everything that was happening, and were really kind and considerate. In addition, the extraction went very smoothly, with no pain or discomfort. Even afterwards, I experienced no pain or sideffects. I cannot thank them enough for helping me though a potentially difficult experience.

I came with my daughter today to have her wisdom tooth removed. She was so anxious about the sedation and procedure but had no need to be. The warm welcome at reception, the two lovely nurses, Dr Christian Lalli and the lady that was in the recovery room meant that the whole experience was as smooth as anything. I can’t thank these people enough and my daughter said she would be happy to go there again! If anyone is reading this feeling anxious about their appointment please don’t be you are in really good hands. The atmosphere of the place is so happy and friendly, thank you all xx

From the first phone call to this dentist. up to leaving afterwards and the treatment I received all the time I was there it was impeccable. I was so nervous beforehand but clearly didn't need to be. All the staff were so polite and clearly happy in their profession. I have never felt so at ease before. I was looked after very well especially afterwards when I was recovering. A very big THANK YOU to everyone involved.

I just wanted to say how pleasant you made mums dental visit last Friday. All the staff we met receptionists, dentist and dental Nurse were all excellent. Mums appointment was changed at the last minute and the receptionist thanked me for making this change which I very much appreciated. I thought all the staff were very caring and thoughtful. Mums extraction was done very quickly and with very little pain for Mum. Dr Christian Lalli explained everything very well and the dental Nurse was very caring.
