Brody has enjoyed a couple of wonderful stays now. I always know he is in the safest of hands. Kirsty is clearly passionate about what she does and is so knowledgeable. Her set up is nothing short of impressive and immaculate. I feel very fortunate that this wonderful service is so local, and I highly recommend Bunny Haven Hotel.

Many thanks to Kirsty for looking after Nutmeg whilst we were away in the U.S. for a couple of weeks in July. This is the first time we have used the Bunny Haven Hotel and she was very friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and professional. It was good to know our rabbit was in safe hands. Happy to use the Hotel again and recommend to others.

I can't recommend Bunny Haven Hotel enough! Kirsty is amazing and took a great care of my two bunnies Harvey and Lily. They were extremely well looked after with space to explore outside and veggies to munch in the evening. Kirsty is very kind and has a great knowledge of rabbits.

Kirsty always looks out after our two rabbits incredibly well, they always enjoy their stay and are never worried about coming back! She is very accommodating whenever we go away, especially when the rabbits need somewhere to stay at short notice. We'd highly recommend her to anyone!

During my extended trip to the Philippines, Max stayed at the hotel for nearly a month, and Kirsty went above and beyond in treating him like one of her own. Great service! Me and my partner cant recommend this place enough! Kirsty was amazing! She let me come and see the bunny haven hotel before making my decision, as this was the first time we were leaving our little bunnies with bunny boarding! She kept us updated on how they were doing and was so reassuring when it was time for me to leave them and was especially amazing when it came to keeping and extra eye on one of little bunnies who is prone to gut issues! The photos she sent regularly really put our minds at ease knowing our bunnies were okay and really enjoying themselves! Kirsty looked after my two little Hippos for their holiday, and they had the absolute best time! I was kept updated with pictures and how they were doing throughout my trip which really helped me relax as it was my first time leaving the boys. Her set up is safe and fabulous for Piggies and Bunnies, lots of grass time, love and cuddles (well, as much as my boys would allow anyway!) Highly recommend Bunny Haven Hotel

It was our first time when we left our bunny 🐰 in Bunny Haven Hotel (this place was recommended by person who left their rabbits few times here). We were worried at first however when we met the owner (Kirsty) our doubts disappeared. I can see her passion and love for animals , also knowledge. While we were on holidays we knew our baby is in a good hands. We will definitely be back and I am thankful that this place exist, so people can leave their loved ones in a safe place. It was my second time for my tortoise to stay in bunny heaven hotel. The owner Kirsty looked after my girl very well and she updated me with messages + pictures whilst I was on holiday. My girl enjoyed wandering in the garden, eating well + meeting friends. Very good environment for my tortoise, and safe place. I highly recommend this place and definitely will book again when I go on holiday.
