Me and two colleagues had to have profile shots taken, and Brendan was flexible to make space for us and work around our time constraints. Brendan is a craftsman that not only delivers a service, but he makes sure the customers are well informed and taken care of during the whole process: A week before the shoot, he sent very helpful information regarding what attire to bring and useful notes regarding hairstyle and make-up. The shoot itself was very pleasant. Brendan makes sure that you feel at ease and comfortable. He has incredibly good ideas of what is a good picture. He's also honest if something doesn't work - after all, you do want the best result. And the results are great: Super happy with the pictures and I won't need any again for the next few years. Definitely recommend.

We visited Brendan Foster for headshots for my daughter, who is 7. Brendan immediately put her completely at ease. He was very friendly and chatty and she was soon relaxed and ready for the session. Brendan was very professional and very patient throughout the whole session. My daughter arrived with several different tops and Brendan was very happy to explore many different styles/looks (including different hair styles) in order to give us lots of choice and variety for our final choice of headshots. The session went quickly, due to Brendan’s professionalism but was in no way rushed. We received our final shots within a few days of the session, with recommendations from Brendan. The quality of the photographs was excellent and we had plenty of choice as Brendan had taken lots of different photographs during the session ( it was very difficult to select just a few). We would wholeheartedly recommend Brendan as a wedding photographer. His range of photographic experience enables him to have a fantastic skill and capturing candid moments and reporting events of the day. Brendan is very warm and friendly. He asked us many questions about our wedding such as location, number of guests, size of immediate family and wedding themes. Brendan was extremely flexible about the provisions made for him such as food and drink. One of the things we had planned for the wedding really caught Brendan, his eyes lit up and he showed as much excitement for it that my wife and I held for it. The turn around for our photos was 3 months, this was amazing to us as our wedding was at the beginning of summer, over the busiest period for wedding photographers. We are extremely grateful. We have proudly showed them repeatedly to our families and have had many of them printed professionally as high quality gifts to friends and family. We booked Brendan after he photographed our friend's wedding as we loved their pictures, and were not disappointed. We met with Brendan before the day to go through what we had planned, the style and feel of the day and what types of pictures we wanted. Brendan photographed our wedding, after being recommended to us by a friend. We don't live in the UK so we had a Skype call with Brendan to discuss our wedding and the type of photos we would like. We instantly found him friendly and easy to chat to. Then our wedding day arrived and Brendan was enthusiastic and excellent at keeping my mind at ease through the early preparations and throughout the day. We received loads of comments from guests about how friendly, polite and approachable he was... and that was before they had even seen the photos. Then we received our wedding gallery, which is vibrant, and captured all my favourite parts of the day plus some great scenes that I hadn't even noticed on the day! Brendan was recommended to us as a wedding photographer by some friends. After only a few minutes of our initial meeting to discuss the wedding photos we had made up our minds to hire him. He was incredibly friendly, enthusiastic and spectacularly well organised (much more so than us). He had done his research on the venues and had some fantastic suggestions as to local locations to grab some shots post-ceremony. On the wedding day itself, Brendan was brilliant. He was utterly professional and provided a fun and relaxed atmosphere. He was thoughtful and attentive and we couldn't be more happy with the amazing collection of photos we have. Not just actors and weddings, you know!! Acting on a recommendation, I asked Brendan to cover my wife's big birthday bash. I'd chartered a boat for a Thames cruise, so there were 60+ of us from 2 to 85 arriving, eating, drinking, sightseeing, catching up with friends and the rest for four hours or so, all in a pretty confined space. Brendan was simply outstanding. He took great care to understand what I wanted, he arrived early to familiarize himself and catch guests coming aboard, and he managed a fine mixture of semi-formal groups and some gorgeous candid shots. The fact that these were so good is also a tribute to his ability to do his work while remaining very inconspicuous. Time was tight after the event, as there were only three weeks or so before Christmas, when I wanted my wife to have a photobook of the day. Brendan processed the photos, mailed them to me, I selected the ones I wanted and he whipped them into order and got the fine finished article back to me in time. Terrific stuff. At this level one ought to be able to take the technical stuff for granted - and you can. You can't always be as confident about the communications, the responsiveness and the sheer efficiency - but you can with Brendan. It's no coincidence that Brendan is getting such good reviews - use him with complete confidence that you will get outstanding value!
