Time flies with Victoria! You finish feeling good and refreshed. Every week we workout different areas and use weights/ elastic bands/ dumbbells etc. provided by her. It’s never repeating itself, it’s always interesting.

I am reasonably new to Pilates and have really enjoyed learning from Vic. She’s very attentive and clear in her instructions and it feels so worthwhile

I have been wanting to start Pilates for some time now and can’t recommend Vic highly enough. She is very friendly and welcoming and always corrects and adapts movements where necessary. I look forward to going to my Thursday morning class and can already start to feel a difference in my core and an improvement in my balance.

I really look forward to my pilates class with Victoria. She is very caring and adapts the class to work for everybody. I find it relaxing as well as working hard, I love how she works on flexibility. I feel so much better after the class.

Excellent class with Vicky recently. She is very welcoming and supportive in her approach and clearly very skilled and knowledgeable because she could adapt the class for different needs and experience. I’ll definitely be back.

Vic is a great Pilates teacher. Her classes really fit well with my weekly fitness routine and help strengthen my body. She focuses on alignment and mobility and for me, the key benefit is improved flexibility which has really benefited my sports and gym activities.
I attend the classes in Chorleywood and Croxley Green, the class number are small with a really friendly vibe and relaxed atmosphere - the other attendees are a great bunch of people.
I enjoy the use of different small equipment such as resistance bands, balls weights, no class is the same!
Thank you Vic and Good Herts Pilates for your positive impact on my strength, fitness and health.

Victoria is knowledgeable, approachable and kind. Her classes always make me feel better! She encourages you to do what is best for your body in order to make huge improvements to posture and flexibility over time.
