Atmospheric pub in great location. Decent sized car park. Didn't dine on this occasion. Made a poor real ale choice, it was either off or just horrible and would have been better sprinkled on chips. My fault, as I didn't query and just left most of it. Will stick with Fullers next time.

The beef was fabulous but was served with frozen veg and an Aunt Bessie Yorkshire pudding

A lovely friendly pub. Very popular with the locals of Croxley Green but you’re made to feel very welcome on arrival. Seating outside front garden & also out the back garden which is nice, but over looks the car park. The car park can get full at peak times but not normally a problem to find somewhere local to park. Dogs are allowed both inside & outside and on the few occasions we have visited there has always been many dogs here. The vibe seems really chill & relaxed. Food is good, I always go for the superfood salad as it’s simply the most amazing thing which sounds strange for a salad but it’s amazing!

We ended our hike around the Chess River at what seemed to be a quiet yet beautiful pub. On entering the place and requesting a table for 5, we realised that the staff aren’t as welcoming towards and comfortable serving people of colour. We were seated right at the back of this pub, segregated carefully so as to not be seated alongside the other (none of colour, btw) patrons. Ofcourse, we did give people the benefit of the doubt but we chose to walk out after careful consideration, without ordering -in front of the staff. Perhaps the first such instance of racism, I experienced in my 2 years of being in London. Kudos to the team at the Coach and Horses for this wonderful feat :)

A great beer garden which would be even better in the sun. Fantastic Sunday Roast and the staff were efficient and friendly will be looking to return

Really lovely food and great service. The calamari was lovely, as was the rub eye steak that I had. A couple of the others had the scampi and both said it's the best they have ever had. Everyone in our party said how nice everything was. Definitely be back soon.

Really lovely little pub. Very dog friendly with a dog menu served in dog bowls.. Which ours loved! The food, we had roasts were delicious. Service great, location lovely. We did a nice little 2 mile circular walk that started and finished at the pub. Perfect Sunday. Will definitely return

This pub has a great atmosphere and really good service. My burger meat was delicious. Best around. They catered for gluten free. The kids lunchbox was perfect for my three year old. The fries were only ok. The mayonnaise was terrible and took away from a great meal. Covid precautions being followed well here.

A superb, what I call traditional country pub. I've been here a few times and would highly recommend either the Mighty Meat Platter or the Classic Signature 13 Handmade burger. It has a wonderful little beer garden and is such pleasant place to relax and enjoy some tranquillity in the sun (when its out). Equally they have a log burning fire which is nice to enjoy on a cold winters evening. Definitely pay them a visit as it wont disappoint.
