I’m so happy with my dog’s care at this practice. She’s not nervous at all about going there. The staff are always friendly and give an excellent service 🐾

Joined this practice when both of the dogs were critically unwell. The service and care has been amazing.

One year later and I have to say I am still happy with this vet. There were some misunderstandings on my part but the head vet came out and patiently explained everything to me with real respect. I appreciated Fabianne going to so much effort to make sure I understood the situation. The operation my dog had last month was a success and he is back to a full recovery. I would continue to recommend medivet at Croxley Green to anyone who wants their pets cared for with love. Original review from oct 2022. Absolutely love this vet's. When you arrive it is in a house so on first impression it can look a little run down, BUT.... Once you are inside the people make the magic happen. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. Friendly receptionist, members of staff passing by say hello and make a fuss of the pets. They clearly all love animals. Our Vet Fabiana is truly excellent. She answers all questions, is very patient, and makes the customer and pet feel very at ease. Our little Whippet was only asking for cuddles from her. She is Portuguese so anyone looking for a Portuguese speaking Vet, look no further. The Petplan is very reasonable for everything included. All in all I recommend them without hesitation..

Really good vet, staff and service, expensive but all the vets are nowadays and at least here you get prompt, friendly and reliable service

My experience with this veterinary practice has met my high expectations. Vet Alex is caring and compassionate, he has take the time to explain my cat’s condition and given clear advice regarding treatment plan options. Alex reassured my cat and handled him with love and genuine care. Natalie on the front desk is equally caring and compassionate, I’m very happy with the service I have experienced.

Fabiana is a gem of a vet. She takes the time to explain the treatment for my Burmese cat's overgrooming and has had the patience to find a solution. I'm very impressed with Medivet. Here's a picture of Bodhi with his fur growing back. It is caused by stress at a neighbouring aggressive cat bullying him.

Our cats have received the best care from Medivet in Croxley Green. We feel they are always well looked after and we are happy with the care and treatments. We couldn’t recommend them enough.

Them team have helped us look after our cat Shai with care and affection. Yesterday they showed him the same care and respect in helping us finally help him sleep after losing his battle. We can not speake more highly of them all. Thank you.
