Thursday evening something is very painful in my wisdom teeth. Thinking it was sinus I took tablets. Friday in absolute agony. Got an appointment at new road for Sunday. Saturday at work eating painkillers to stop pain. Admitted to hospital for paracetamol overdose. No antibiotics given. Arrived Sunday at new road and was greeted by a wonderful receptionist . With in ten minutes I was seen by a male dentist who could see how much pain I was in and was so gentle and caring it was an absolute amazing experience with one of if not the best dentist I’ve ever been to.walked out of there with a prescription for antibiotics and 1 day later my abcess and pain is under control. Wow what a service from all at new road when your at your lowest depths. THANKYOU all. Amazing place. Highly recommend new road dentist.

I am 73 years of age and due to an unfortunate experience in my childhood I developed a chronic fear of dentists. I arrive at the age of 72 knowing that I had to sort out my upper teeth, as I like to smile and I wanted to feel free to do so. My dentist is Prash, and if any person needs to have implants I recommend that you go and see him. My teeth are great, he does not hurt me, he is patient, he explains everything, the money I paid for my teeth is the best money I have ever spent. I trust him absolutely with every aspect of my dental care. I still recall the day when, though he had warned because he has to, that it might not all work out as it depended on my bones, I awoke to find it had all worked. Till everything was absolutely perfect, I could not leave. His attention to detail is excellent. But, overall, he is excellent. I cannot recommend him highly enough, and if anyone wished to meet me to see my teeth, let me know, via Prash.

New road consistently deliver an amazing service. I cannot thank Janita enough for how truly amazing she is with my children, taking the time to explain how all her equipment works, what noises it might make and what she is going to do with each item.

I rarely write reviews but I felt an urge to give my opinion of New Road surgery. As soon as I walk in the door the three girls on reception are so friendly. I've always been very nervous of dentists But Dr Paaras is so caring it completely puts my fears to rest and Dr Nimesh is exactly the same. Highly recommend.

New Road Dental Practice is amazing, I would 110% recommend coming here. Everyone there is so welcoming and lovely. The dental treatment and care I have received has been impecable. Dr Popat has been incredible and always made me feel at ease at every appointment. I had 2 fillings with Dr Popat and it did not hurt at all, she was so gentle and attentive. The hygienist Monika was amazing too! Annie, the receptionist is lovely, always welcomes you with a beautiful smile and so helpful with appointments and queries. I am writing to thank Dr Nimesh Patel and the Practice's staff for the excellent treatment I received last week and earlier this week. One of my old implants became loose and I was very concerned that it might fall out completely and I may swallow it. I was given an emergency appointment. Dr Patel spent a lot of time trying to tighten the implant. He ascertained the problem was the screw had become rounded and wouldn't tighten. Due to the age of the implant he had to source the correct screw. He did this and earlier this week he fitted it. He even provided me with a spare screw in case this issue happens again in the future. Three generations of my family have used New Road Dental Practice due to their attention to detail, their professionism and their warm, friendly staff. I am happy to recommend this practice. New Road Dental are hands down the best dental practice I have been to. I had some cosmetic work done to repair some teeth damaged in childhood. Wish I had found Jinita earlier, incredibly professional, took me through the whole process in detail and felt confident of the outcome. I am exceptionally pleased with the results!!! Also want to shout out to the Hygienist whose name I can't remember but was excellent too.

I have just begun a long process involving dental implants. Upon my first visit the practice was clean, bright, welcoming and professional. The staff are attentive and put me at ease immediately. Well I have had experience of quite a few dentists in the local area and never felt comfortable with any of them, until I went to New Rd, from Victoria on reception to the ease of making an appointment. Jinita and her team are absolutely fantastic and I’m not the best patient to deal with. I was made to feel part of the family from day one so much so I even took my 85 year old mum who has dementia to see them to get a new set of dentures, everything they do they do with pride and compassion and I am proud to say they are the best team in the business. I can only thank New Road Dental for the excellent dental care during my Invisalign journey, which wasn't that simple but Dr Paaras and the team have been so supportive, caring, kind and understanding, just simply amazing. My concerns were always heard and resolved. The practice looks lovely and welcoming. Highly recommended.
